Terms of Service

Last updated: 13 September 2026

These terms apply to your use of Starter.page, a tool for saving and arranging website links. By using Starter.page, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

1. Who we are

Starter.page is operated by Related Code Kft. (“we”, “us”, or “our”). You can contact us with questions or complaints at the address below.

2. Using Starter.page

You can use Starter.page as a guest or create an account. You must be able to enter into these terms under the law that applies to you. If you use Starter.page for an organisation, you must have permission to act for it.

Keep your sign-in details safe and give accurate account information. Tell us if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

Guest access depends on cookies in your browser. Clearing cookies, changing browsers, or losing access to your device may prevent you from reaching your guest page. Creating an account lets you keep access across devices.

3. Your links and content

You keep your rights to the links, names, images, and other content you add. You give us permission to store, process, and display that content only as needed to provide and maintain Starter.page.

You are responsible for your content and must have the right to use it. Do not add unlawful content, other people’s private data without a lawful basis, or content that infringes someone’s rights. Do not store passwords, access tokens, or other secrets in your cards or links.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Starter.page to break the law, spread malware, deceive people, or harm others. Do not try to access another person’s data, bypass security controls, or disrupt the service with abusive traffic.

Starter.page’s software, design, and branding belong to us or their respective owners. These terms let you use the service; they do not transfer ownership of it. Third-party logos and names remain the property of their owners and do not imply endorsement.

5. Other websites

Starter.page contains links to other websites and may display images hosted by them. We do not control those websites or their content. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. Including a link does not mean that we recommend or approve the website.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Starter.page working, but it may be unavailable during maintenance or because of technical problems. We cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every error will be avoided. Keep a separate copy of important links.

We may change the service to improve it, fix problems, or meet legal requirements. If a change or closure has a significant effect on your access, we will give reasonable notice where possible, unless urgent security or legal reasons prevent this. Any rights you have under mandatory consumer law still apply.

7. Ending your use

You can stop using Starter.page at any time. Contact info@relatedcode.com to request deletion of your account and saved data. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle these requests.

We may restrict or end access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, create a security risk, or if the law requires it. Where reasonable, we will explain the reason and give you a chance to fix the issue. You can contact us if you think a restriction is a mistake.

8. Responsibility and your legal rights

We are responsible for the service as required by applicable law. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control or by your misuse of the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that the law does not allow us to limit. Nothing takes away your mandatory consumer rights.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Hungarian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep any mandatory protections of the law in the country where you normally live. These terms do not limit your right to bring a claim before a court that has jurisdiction under applicable law.

Please contact us first if you have a complaint so we can try to resolve it. This does not affect your right to contact a competent authority or use any available court or consumer dispute procedure.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. We will show the new date on this page and give reasonable advance notice of material changes where required. Changes will not remove rights you already have. If a change requires your agreement by law, we will ask for it.
